The care and consideration that you are given by all the staff at nams goes above and deyond. They have all treated me with respect and compassion, making ordering easy and any problems I have had dealt with efficiently. Being able to have a face to face meeting with a stoma nurse was so helpful and she could see what I was trying to explain and helped tremendously
They are simply amazing staff and deserve recognition

Did not answer 'better self-manage' as I am doing pretty good prior to the appointment so nothing has changed.
Staff were friendly and did ask for consent. Unfortunately I wasn't too keen on taking my bag off and Louise went on accordingly. She was polite, friendly, and just a very kind person.
Suggested improvements
While it's something you can't change, the location is horrible!
